Program will not open on laptop (have followed all updates - has been on computer since last winter). Two days ago was fine. Opens fine on other computers in house - so I know it isn't corrupt files. Have examined config files, did a defrag. Tried the repair on the install disk, and uninstalled - reinstalled. Still will not open. All other programs on computer open fine including an older version of FTM. Don't know what to do from there. Very frustrating
