The OD Analysts will report into the Leader of OD, Talent Management and Diversity and Inclusion at Amtrak. The OD Analysts will partner with the business to design, develop, and implement Amtrak specific organizational development processes as well as division-specific activities that improve organizational efficiency and leadership effectiveness, including: organizational design, change management, strategic planning, talent management, succession planning, on-boarding and executive/leadership development. Consult complex change efforts using the Kotter and ADKAR models, ensuring project change management utilization, and prioritizing/developing organizational effectiveness interventions. Identify, track and analyze metrics to measure organizational effectiveness solutions. Focus on building, enhancing and executing Leadership Development programs to increase organizational leadership capabilities, employee engagement, and enhancing executive/leadership development, mentoring and coaching, team building and effectiveness, colleague engagement, and acquisition integration.
